a. User Provided Information

Remarks and Notes: The remarks, notes, and call details you enter into the application are stored locally on your device using a secure database. We do not transmit this data to any external server (except for the optional Google Drive backup feature described below).

b. Automatically Collected Information

The application requires specific permissions to function correctly. This data is processed in real-time on your device:

• Contacts List: We access your contacts solely to display the name of the caller on the overlay screen and to help you associate remarks with specific contacts. Your contact list is never uploaded to our servers.
• Phone State & Call Log: We monitor the phone state (incoming, ended calls) to trigger the overlay feature. This processing happens entirely in the background on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information strictly to provide the App's functionality:

• To display your saved remarks when a specific contact calls you.
• To allow you to add new remarks immediately after a call ends.
• To maintain a local history of your interactions for your personal reference.

3. Google Drive Backup & Restore (Optional)

To ensure your data is safe, we offer an optional Backup & Restore feature using Google Drive.

• Authentication: If you choose to use this feature, you will sign in with your Google account.
• Data Transmission: A backup file containing your local remarks is created and uploaded directly to your personal Google Drive.
• Restricted Access: The app only accesses files created by itself. It does not read or modify any other files on your Google Drive.
• Privacy: We (the developers) have no access to your Google Drive or the content of your backups. The data transfer is strictly between your device and Google's servers.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

Since your data is stored locally on your device (and optionally on your personal Google Drive), we technically do not possess your data to share it.

5. Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
